St. Anthony of Padua Parish

A Roman Catholic Parish of the

Diocese of Rockford

Ministered by the Conventual Franciscans

Since 1933

Parish Identity Statement

Called to participate in the life of the Most Holy Trinity,

we the people of St. Anthony of Padua Parish,

celebrate and hand on our Roman Catholic heritage of faith

in the Franciscan tradition.

By the will of the Father, in the power of the Holy Spirit,

we die and rise with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

to become a living sign of His presence in the world today.

Parish Mission Statement

Reborn in Christ,

our mission is to worship God in truth and in love,

and to discern and fulfill God's will

in the work of evangelization, hospitality, and compassionate outreach.

Congratulations to our Women of the Year - Dorothy "Dottie" Hand
